About Us

The Eastport Yacht Club Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable and educational foundation, created to carry out the Foundation’s vision.

The EYC Foundation’s Vision

To provide:

understanding and appreciation of boating
opportunities for community youth involvement in all water-related activities
training in maritime vocations

The EYC Foundation provides financial support and leadership training through grants to organizations and programs that meet our vision.

Our Goal

To provide opportunities to teach, build skills, promote accomplishment, and nurture a sense of self-esteem within the context of our vision’s activities.

Our Mission Statement

The EYC Foundation seeks to advance support for all boating and marine education in the community. The Foundation views its primary objective to be that of raising funds and encouraging grant applications for such support. We will provide a bridge between individuals, businesses, and program initiatives that support our vision, helping such programs become fully established and recognized.

Membership

Open to any person, organization or business sharing our desire to promote and support programs that address our vision and work with young people in the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County area.
